Payment Information

Alpine Courses

Your Booking Form must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of £300.00 per course, or, if your course is less than 60 days away, the full payment is required.

Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer/draft. We also accept most debit and credit cards:

1. Bank Transfer (bank details can be supplied)

2. Debit card - For cards registered outside of the UK - a 2.5% transaction fee will be applied.

3. Credit card - For cards registered outside of the UK - a 2.5% transaction fee will be applied.

Balance Payments & Cancellations

• Your course balance payment is due 60 days prior to start date.
• Bookings made within 60 days of the course start date must be accompanied by a full balance payment.
• If you cancel more than 60 days before your course start date you will lose your deposit.
• If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before your course start date you will lose your deposit and 50% of your remaining course balance fee.
• If you cancel fewer than 30 days before course start date, you will lose your deposit, and any course balance fee and will be required to pay the complete/full course fee.

I hope you understand. ISM has many commitments when organising a course, such as hotel and hut bookings, guide contracts etc.
